Typical customers include those involved in food, pharmaceutical, mining, glass, and ceramic, agricultural, recycling, wood, cattle feed, and dry chemical industries. We manufacture equipment in sizes ranging from laboratory scale to heavy-duty industrial models.

Free Test Services

Jas Enterprise offers a free of charge test grinding facility to prove the capabilities of our equipment on any given material. This testing allows our knowledgeable engineering staff to select the proper mill size and mill set-up so as to provide optimum performance on any given material.

Marketing strategies are also conducted from time to time. Company has a vide dealer network in all majored developed, developing & undeveloped cities as well as also district level with all developed states and developing state. The company is also expanding activities with dealer in non represented area also, at present we have dealer network in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Orissa, west Bengal, Utter Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala?

Process
? Concept: Brain storming sessions and data generation.
? Design: Sorting and compiling valid data. Converting concepts into manufacturing data to be released for manufacturing.
? Prototype Development: Done by projects department from making to final inspection and testing.
? Qualifying procedure followed before release of data to manufacturing.


Inspection:
? Stage inspection carried prior to final testing
? On successful completion of test, a check listing is carried out to check all critical parameters / area/ components.
? On successful check test, pilfer proof seal for dispatch is affixed.

Dispatches:
? Packing is done as per packing instructions
? Product is dispatched as per delivery schedule of customer.

NOTE:
? Manufacturing stages are traceable up to operator level for review of system in case of any field failure reports.
? Incoming materials are subjected to inspection and test reports records are retained for future use.
? Major components are traceable up to origin for review of purchase policy.
