Established in 1995, Yushi Feilong Camellia Oil Co., Ltd located at the foot of Gutian Mountains, west of Zhejiang Province, China. Our factory specially produce camellia oil, tea seed meal/powder or cake, tea Saponin, gum rosin and resin related products.

Camellia oil (tea seed oil) was extracted from the rarely Camellia oleifera seed of camellia family as 100% pure natural organic food. Since the camellia tree is cultivated by nature, the oil and its by-products ( tea seed meal / powder / cake, tea Saponin) without any pesticide and fertilizer polluting.

Established in August 1995, Zhejiang Kaihua Yushi Feilong Camellia Oil Co., Ltd located at the foot of Gutian High Mountains, west of Zhejiang Province, China. In 2002, our new plant, about 22466 square meter, was established and we got export licence at the end of 2003.Our factory specially produces camellia oil, tea seed meal/powder or cake, tea Saponin, gum rosin and resin related products.

We Provide Services of the foot of Gutian Mountains. We specially produce camellia oil, tea seed meal/powder or cake, tea Saponin, gum rosin and resin related products. Our products :- Camellia oil (also called tea seed oil) is a kind of food, natural beauty products and lubricate for hand tools, which is extracted from camellia seed. Cooking :- Apply a spoon camellia oil when cooking. It is looks fresh, taste well, no pectin and little oil lampblack during cooking. It is an ideal seasoning for cold salad food without any peculiar smell. Camellia oil have rich vitamin A and B, and doesn't contain any cholesterol, synthetic flavoring and preservatives. With it rich index of mono-unsaturated fatty acid, it stands out among many other vegetable oils and is named pure natural green health protective food. Persistent use of it will be helpful for lowering the blood fat, preventing the coronary disease and high blood pressure, and enhancing the body's anti-oxidation capacity, helping woman become fine after bearing a baby. The oil's digestive absorption rate of human body is 97 percent, which is much higher than the rate of other cooking oil. Minimum Order : 1000 litre Tea seed Meal :- Tea seed Meal is also called tea seed cake and tea seed powder, which is a kind of residue of oil extract. Tea seed cake looks like small rocks about 10-5 cm diameter each. Tea seed meal and tea seed powder are similar but there are still some differences in form. Thus means tea seed power contains more powder while tea seed meal contains more granular size <0.5cm.Granular substance contains 11 to 15% saponin. Saponin has been shown to be an effective fish-killing agent with a 40-fold margin of safety towards freshwater and marine invertebrates especially prawns and shrimps. It is not only effective in decontamination, foaming, emulsification, decentralization and saturation, but also with function of diminishing inflammation, easing pain and resisting epiphyte, which is widely used in food, drink, chemical, medicine, pesticide, rubber, film, building materials, extinguish material, hair care products and so on. So, tea saponin can also be named: surfactant, woemulsion, detergent, pesticide, foaming agent and antiabrasive agent. Camellia seeds contain 11 to 15% tea saponin, which can be extracted from virgin camellia oil or tea seed cake with special organic solvent. Chemistry and physics characteristic :- Tea saponin??s basic structure is compused by sapogenin (C30H50O6), aglycon and organic acid, which is a kind of pentacyclic triterpene saponin.Its molecular formula is C57H90O26, molar weight is 1191.28. Pure tea saponin is colorless, minute columnar crystalloid. Melting point is 223??224??(433.4??435.2?H). Can be easily dissolved in hydrous methanol, hydrous ethanol, ethanol, n-butylalcohol, glacial acetic acid, acetic anhydride, pyridine and other organic solvent, but can not be dissolved in ether, chloroform, acetone and so on. General introduction :- With its native pine forest resource, Yushi Feilong company developped gum rosin and resin seriers products. After several years development, its abietic resin seriers products including: rosin soap, ester of rosin, maleic modified resin and rosin modified phenolic resin. Lime gum rosin is a kind of rosin soap, which is composed from Calcium Hydroxide and gum rosin in high temperature. For its good dissolvability with oil and solvent, it is the main raw material of painting, ink and enamel industry. Ester of rosin is including: glycerol ester of rosin and pentaerythritol ester of rosin (glycerol ester made from maleic anhydride rosin). Ester of rosin is pale yellow solid substance, as mainly material of lacquer, it can keep lacquer aridity, waterproof, rigidity. With alkaline catalysts's help, phenol and formaldehyde is composed as resolvable phenolic resin, then is composed with glycerol ester, finially get pale brown transparent solid material, we call it rosin modified phenolic resin (Phenol or diphenol propane). The softening point of rosin modified phenolic resin is 40~50 ?? higher than original gum rosin, can be easily dissoved in oil, as the mainly material in ink industry. Packing : 1.
