In 1975, when the founder, Umesh Khetia, made his humble beginnings at the local road corner, all he had as his prime asset (besides his wicker basket!) was the quality of his food products.

Not surprisingly, it proved enough.
By 1984, the wicker basket gave way to a spacious retail store in the local area?s prime locality. A state-of-the-art 2000 sq. Ft. Fully equipped kitchen capable of producing thousands of units of every food product replaced the home kitchen. The standard of quality however remained as high. So did Mr. Umesh's personal attention.

What made the difference then and continues to do so now is the family?s experience of over a decade in the catering business. What sets their food products apart are their excellent quality and unique taste. Quite simply this is the result of using the best ingredients, staying true to the authentic styles of cooking and employing chefs with years of experience in the unique methods of making these typical food products.
Gujaratis, the natives of the state of Gujarat in India are famous for their wide variety of snacks & sweets.
