KFPL was incorporated in 1986, by Shri. Mahendrabhai Gala (Managing Director) after working for 13 years under the guidance of his father Shri. Devji Punjabhai and elder brother Shri. Kalyanji Devji.

Kumkum Food Products Limited (KFPL) started operations in 1987 with a sale of Rs. 122 Lakhs (Rupees One Hundred Twenty two lakhs) right in the first year. KFPL is presently engaged in the activity of manufacturing fast moving food products like Idli Rava and Lapsi which are respectively made from best quality of parboiled rice and wheat, specially procured from select up-country markets well known for best varieties. The company is also engaged in cleaning, grading, and packing of pulses like Toordal, Chanadal, Watana etc. These pulses as also Idli Rawa and Lapsi are offered to consumers in pouches of 200 and 500 gms under the brand name " Frontline ". KFPL processes a wide range of products which are treated and packed in such a way as to retain their natural taste and aroma for a long long time.

Processing facilities
KFPL has a state of the art plant located at Dombivali and offices in Andheri, South Mumbai, Pune etc.

Food which in itself is the manifestation of God is produced from crop created by him. We, in this organisation, shall endeavor with our own efforts to optimally process the crop by using approved standard processes so that our customers delight is enhanced and our organisation prospers.
