Shandong Juling Group is a provincial level state-owned comprehensive corporation with the former Taian Diesel Engine Factory as the main sponsor. It has ten subsidiary companies, including Shandong Juling Im. & Ex. Co., Ltd., which is approved by Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation P.R.C.
　
The main sponsor, Taian Diesel Engine Factory, is founded in 1951, it's a national appointed small-sized diesel engine manufacturer.At present, its main products include single- cylinder direct -injection diesel engine series, skid steer loader, petrolium machine, farm products processing machinery and hyd raulic machinery. Etc. They total six series and seventy veriaty. Most technology of the products is advanced in China, ten of which fill the gap of technology in China.
　
During the past several years，SDJL's foreign Business scope has been expanding very wide in addi- tion to the conventional commodities like internal combustion engines，construction and agricultural machinery etc，its business scope has been expanded to cover nearly all kinds of machinery and electronics products，and it also has the right to autonomous decide to send engineers to server for foreign customers or enterprises abroad. The proportion of the trade forms like supply of complete plants and equipment，coproduction joint venture，project tending，engineering project contracting etc.Increasing steadily. At present，several assembling lines，coproduction and joint venture enterprises set up jointly between SDJL and foreign companies producing tractors，diesel engines，agricultural vehicles in Pakistan，Yemen and other countries have started operation.
