Agro Extracts Ltd. Was promoted by Pradeep and Praveen Jaipuria in 1974.

It commissioned a 15 TPD Solvent Extraction plant in 1975 at Peenya, an industrial suburb of Bangalore.

Agro Extracts Limited has grown over the years and now has more than 50, 000 sq ft of built up area over a campus of 2.2 Hectares. It has a turnover of US$ 1.5 Million (App).
Agro Extracts Ltd. Now operates the following plants:
1.60 TPD Solvent Extraction Plant
2.50 TPD Oil Mill
3.70 TPM Di-Ethyl Phthalate Plant

NEEM CAKE ORGANIC MANURE Neem Cake Organic Manure is the bye product obtained in the process of cold pressing of neem kernels and / or solvent extraction process for neem oil cake. Neem cake organic manure is used directly and/or in blends with urea or with other organic manure like sea weed or farm yard manure to an extent of 15-20% by weight, for higher yields in various crops. Neem cake organic manure has more nitrogen Phosphorous, Potassium, Calcium & Magnesium than the farm yard manure sewage sludge. It is rich in Sulphur compounds as well as bitter limonoids. -It acts as Organic Manure and also as pest repellant on all types of crops and soils. -It acts as natural fertilizer with pesticidal properties. -Protects plant roots from Nematodes, soil grubs & White ants. -Increases dry matter in Tactona grandis, Aacia nilotica and other forest trees. -Used widely in India on vegetables, Sugar Cane, Coffee, Paddy Floriculture, Aromatic Plants and Fruits etc. -It acts as a nitrification inhibitor and prolongs the availability of nitrogen to short duration as well as long duration crops. -It increases the efficiency of nitrogenous fertilizer use. -It minimizes the requirement of nitrogen in crop production and hence reduces the cast of fertilizer application. -It improves the soil condition considerably and protects the soil during the droughts. -It increases crop yields substantially. NEEM EXPELLER OIL: Neem oil acts as an insecticide and protects plants and crops against pests. This is effective against insecticide resistant pests and does not harm beneficial insects. This being biodegradable does not leave any residue on the final produce. SOLVENT EXTRACTED NEEM OIL: Solvent Extracted Neem Oil is manufactured by extracting the residue oil left in the Neem oil cake after the expelling process by using Hexane as a solvent. This solvent extracted Neem oil is used as a raw material by the soap industry for manufacturing toilet soaps and washing soaps. Neemex-Neem Urea Guard is made by chemically: Structuring Neem oil and contains Neem triterpenses. It is an effective urea coating agent which prevents loss of urea in soil and increases urea uptake by the crops so that they receive maximum benefit of urea applied. Advantages of Neemex-Neem Urea Guard: -Retards bacterial action on urea and thereby reduces loss of unutilized urea in the soil. -Forms a uniform coating on urea and retards release of nitrogen in urea in to the soil thereby maximizing nitrogen supply ot the plant. 100% organic and Eco-friendly product. -Helps the soil to retain fertility. -Reduces urea consumption and ultimately increases the yield of crops. -Application on urea is easy and convenient. -The benefit of one bag of Neemex-Neem Urea Guard. -Coated Urea is equivalent to two bags of urea approximately. (50 kgs urea + 500 gms urea guard = 100 gms urea) DI ETHYL PHTHALATE (DEP): DEP is one of the most used solvent and fixative for essential oils, perfumes cosmetic and the Agarbathi Industry (Scented Sticks) in India. DEP is also used as a Plasticizer and as a Denaturant for Ethyl Alcohol SERVICES: Agro Extracts Ltd has undertaken contract manufacture activities in the chemical processing industry.
